• About two years ago, my wife and I decided to replace our picture window. We called one of your competitors, and after waiting six weeks, they delivered and installed the window, extending the job by four more weeks. On top of that, their installation and caulking job was sloppy. We called Creative Energy Exteriors and were able to decide on a price for replacing twelve other windows as well as a corrective solution to my existing problem. Creative Energy’s installer devised a method of not only doing what I wanted, but he also came out on Saturday to finish the job. Later, we had another window that had lost its seal, and Creative Energy sent out an inspector the very same day. Creative Energy met the challenge and exceeded expectations.
