In addition to running the business and managing the Sales Department, Keith makes sure Creative Energy Exteriors consistently delivers the exceptional products, service and craftsmanship that have made the company Central Virginia’s leader in home improvement.

Michael Clem
Vice President of Operations and Sales
Michael has been with Creative Energy Exteriors since it first opened in 1996. As VP of Operations and Sales, he oversees all of our projects from start to finish. That includes reviewing sales contracts, ordering materials, checking installation, and making sure all customers are 100% satisfied at the end of the job.

Hilari Marshall
Director of Finance and Marketing
Hilari has been with Creative Energy Exteriors since 1998. Not only does Hilari handle all of our customer’s financing needs; she also coordinates all of the company’s marketing campaigns. And, as the manager of our Human Resources and Customer Service departments, Hilari helps build and maintain both internal and external relationships.

Vinny Reischman
Construction Manager
Vinny has worked in the home improvement industry since 1986, and eventually came aboard at Creative Energy Exteriors in 2005. As Construction Manager, he orders all materials for jobs, oversees construction from start to finish, and makes sure the customer is completely satisfied with the finished product.

Tommy Bondurant
Sales
Tommy has been with Creative Energy Exteriors since 2009, and has helped add to the company’s growing list of satisfied clients. His days are filled with meetings with potential customers, where he educates them on our products and services, answers their questions, gives free estimates, and gets new projects underway.

Morgan Williams
Sales
As a part of the sales team since 2010, Morgan’s role includes sitting down with potential clients to tell them about our products and services, answering their questions, and giving them a free estimate. Should they decide to move forward with their project, Morgan gets the paperwork done so that construction can begin.

Chris Banton
Sales
Chris has worked at Creative Energy Exteriors since 2011, and is a valuable member of our sales team. Every day he meets with potential customers, answers their questions about our services and products, and gives them free estimates. He also helps kick off new projects by getting all the necessary contracts signed.

Aleka Bambacus
Office Manager
Aleka began working at Creative Energy Exteriors in 2009. In her role as Office Manager, she has helped to create a friendly and efficient office environment. Aleka takes care of customers in the showroom, manages client appointments, assists the Operations staff, and keeps the office as a whole running smoothly.

Sheron Massie
Administrative Assistant
Sheron began working at Creative Energy Exteriors in 2008, and has become a vital member of our office team. Her duties include assisting customers in the showroom and helping manage client appointments. In addition to these responsibilities, she also handles all of our everyday expenditures.

Bill Jarvis
Crew Leader
After working in the home improvement industry since 1994, Bill joined the Creative Energy team in 2006 as a Crew Leader. Here, he manages construction on each project from start to finish; making sure each product is properly installed so homeowners don’t experience problems down the road.

John Trongone
Crew Leader
John has worked in the home improvement industry since 1980, and joined Creative Energy Exteriors in 2008. As a Crew Leader, John directs construction on each project from the first stages of demo until final cleanup, ensuring each product is installed correctly per manufacturer guidelines.

Greg Reischman
Field Technician
Greg joined Creative Energy Exteriors in 2009, after working in the home improvement industry since 2001. In his role as Field Technician, Greg installs our products with expertise and care on each customer’s home, bringing their vision to life.

Chris Faulkner
Field Technician
After working in home improvement since 2001, Chris came aboard at Creative Energy Exteriors as a Field Technician in 2011. His responsibilities include installing our products per manufacturer guidelines on every home, ensuring peak performance year after year.
